All refunds will be given in the form of store credit. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Use of a discount code deems the transaction a Final Sale. There is a seven (7) day exchange policy. Any exchange must be presented within seven (7) days of receipt. 
 
Returns must be received in new condition with the original tags attached in order to receive a store credit. A store credit will not be given for merchandise that is returned worn, stained, washed, or damaged in any way; this includes perfume, makeup and deodorant stains. Please include proof of purchase with your return; only returns with a receipt and undamaged merchandise will be accepted. 
 
Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified regarding the status of your return. Please allow 3-10 business days to process your return. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. 
 
HAUS5-9 prides itself on customer service. If you wish to return your merchandise for store credit please contact us at: contact.haus59@gmail.com for detailed return instructions to return your order to the proper location. Customer pays shipping for all returns. Please do not ship your package without contacting us first. Doing so will result in your order being ineligible for a store credit.

Sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or store credit.
